Enough is enough.. after failing Vizunah Square 9 times in a row, I'm rapidly running out of patience with players going through the Canthan (Local) side of this mission. This is an alliance mission.. there are 2 groups.. stop being a bunch of idiots and bringing henchmen!!! Not once in the 9 attempts did the Canthan group have more than 3 human players, and the henchmen are too stupid to try and heal Togo and Mhenlo, placing the burden on the 1 or 2 real monks who are already trying to keep their group alive. The henchmen die, then the 1 or 2 humans on the Canthan side either die or just leave, and then Togo or Mhenlo dies in the midst of the melee.

If you don't have the patience to get into a group with real people, quit ruining it for countless Tyrian groups who are trying to advance through the game, and just don't do the mission.

But henchies are better than real people...

Hmm, Masters reward, twice, with 15 hench. I guess it's just you.

*Shrug* get a well spammer on your team. That way if you have one real, and rest hench, and they leave (causing the henchie to die) and you only have 8 left, you still can complete the mission successfully.

I did it three times (twice as a Canthan, once as a Tyrian) at the time where there was almost no one there in the outposts... me plus 7 henchies plus the other team containing only henchies, both times I was 2 minutes shy of the master's reward. No one died, no problem at all

Although I had also other team dying couple of times when I tried it during the time when more people are there. They didn't even manage to meet my team.

But usually it's the other team that dies and the solo person with henchies has to carry on by themselves. At least that has always been my experiance.

With all henchies on both sides this mission is a breeze.

Tried three times with groups on my Rit, died in the first enemy wave, yea, that soon. Tried once with henchmen, masters reward, and no henchmen died, at all, until the third wave of enemies. *Curse Su for ruining my streak...* The other team was all humans, but also good, and I think more then a tad supprised at how well I was doing, as the attitude went from "Damnit, not another stupid hench team." To "You rock!" ^_^

... *Smacks self for semi boasting* Still, true story.

Wow... <- Masters with 15 henchmen (I was healer monk)

It's not that hard a mission, I honestly don't know what you're going on about.

Every time I've done it, henchmen vastly out-perform random players.. Whenever another player joins (I am Tyrian), it's ALWAYS a level 13-17 assassin or ritualist..

are we there yet?

I think its the computer that decides who you get on the otherside....and gives you what you dont want (murphys law).
For me it seems 3 is the lucky number---must do the mission 3 times to complete it (still have yet to get masters---but have 2 swords for them all).....have only 1 more character to go thru it--my mesmer, and am NOT looking forward to it (think I will bring barage and my pet---me/r and see how that goes).
It was wierd to finally do it with my canthan character (we had a bitch of a time getting a real monk...but we finally did it on the, yes, 3rd attempt).

I think part of the reason they go with henchies is that there isn't that many people in local. We put together a rag tag bunch and still beat it. We had one hench, Talon who rocks.

This mission is actually henchable. First time I did Vizunah (boon-protting) with seven henches, I ended up playing with another player who was also partied up with seven henchies. Surprisingly, he was an assassin and we ended up with the Master's reward. xD

Second time, went as SS wounded up playing with an MM. We didn't Master's, but we were able to finish it.

The only real problem is the henches' reactions to the players on the other team. If ANet would fix this, then there would be absolutely NO problems.

Yes, I did this 6 times tonight, finally got it right when there was a FULL team of henchmen on the Canthan side - NO real players. Togo was never even in trouble.

It's your humans who screw things up, as usual...

I've never completed it with ANY human players on the other side.

Only when it was 8 henchies on the other team have I finished the mission.

The only problem with henchmen is that they will always try to go for the largest group of real players. This means that if you are trying to solo hench the local side and the other group is full human your hench will try to run off towards them leaving Master Togo to die unless you're a monk.
