I have followed the story line and have done both 15 attribute quests. Will I get to 200 attributes by level 20?Thank you.

But, from what you've said here, it sound like you missed one of them. 185 @ 20, if your numbers are correct. I'd double check that and make sure that you got the reward for both quests.
