Ok I'm wanting a fairly good artist who is good at character sketches to draw me a full-body portrait of one of my GW characters with a few minor specifications.

Requirements:
Must be able to speak English.
Must have MSN Messenger. Add my name~
Must be good at drawing human anatomy, female especially.
Must be good at physical features.
Medium should be pencil, no chalk or paints.

I don't want an easy sketch, I want a nice, neat portrait for my character. I'll pay you 1k on Guild Wars for the drawing AFTER I recieve the picture and ONLY if I find it acceptable.

If you think you're up for the task add me on MSN and I'll give you the full details on what I want drawn.

well.....not that I;m that good of an artist but if I was, I would put a lot of effort into it, and 1k seems like very little if it was an awesome drawing

Ya know, as soon as I can get back on GW (I don't have any RAM in my comp atm), I'll do it. Actually, you don't need to have the person on. Just email them front, side, and back shots and explain what you want done. I love doing this kind of thing, so just PM me and we can start work on it. You don't even need to pay me. Just to let you know, my forte is drawing people and I don't like skimping on quality, so it may take some time.

maybe, 1k is low tho, could do it in colour but would take a long time but for 1k is low. soz i am not ur m8 to do this

Sorry for the small price thing. I didn't know what kind of price to put on it and 1k is what I have left after doing that shopping spree for swords. Anyway, I suppose it's closed since Riplox has volunteered. (Thanks Rip, I'll get to you ASAP)

I have seen some really nice portraits done and the going rate for most are about 100k or there abouts. It really depends on what you are looking for.

1k is quite low. Like...unreasonably low. I'd do it. I don't have any recent artwork of mine scanned or anything which is original, only some paintings I did from reference. If you're really interested though, just tell me and I'll scan you some more recent, original artwork that I've done.

Actually in all honesty I wasn't expecting anything on grand scale. Not some thousand dollar piece of artwork, I just wanted a nice pencil drawing that looked a little better than this:

I'm really into an artsy mood right now. I haven't felt like this in a long time so get up with me soon before this it's over. I haven't felt inspired like this since before my deal illustrating for a small RPG company about 6 months ago.

Many artist do work because they enjoy it not for the money and get paid anyways. I susually do it fro friends and they sometimeswill give me a some something. I'm not as nearly good as I wish to be. But I wouldn't charge, to me it's a new challange.

The lead artist came to me asking if I'd like the job after he found my Elfwood page. Thing is I drew most of the stuff he saw like 4 or 5 years ago so it's safe to say I've improved since then.
