Access to Vizunah Local for Tyrian chars

Not true.
A guildie of mine joined with his cantha character (assassin) in the foreign.
He also played the mission with us. One of my guildies had this happen as well. It's very convenient for assassins since one of the Assassin elites (as well as some nice green daggers) are near the exit of the Foreign Quarter.

After completing the Nahpui Quarter mission, both Vizunah gates will open for a character, meaning Canthans can get to the foreign quarter and Tyrians can enter the local one.

Tried and true.

(By myself and some guildies by checking the gates just before and just after completing Nahpui Quarter.) I'll give this a go when I get home. However, I tried it a few nights ago after I had finished NQ, and it was a no-go.

On the other hand, I was a Tyrian in a party with Canthans who had not yet finished Mayhem in the Market. Thus, that might have screwed everything up.

This is what happens when I try to access Vizunah Local with my Tyrian Warrior. You can see on the map that Vizunah Foreign is completed. So what you're saying is not true.

If anyone knows of a way to access please post, but please don't misinform people. I would like to know how you and your guildies gained access. Are you able to map travel to the "wrong" Vizunah? Can you enter the mission? Can you provide a screenshot of your map showing both map locations opened? Well... extremely weird. We checked what I posted earlier because we picked it up as a rumor. This is what we did, with 4 people, some hailing from Tyria, some from Cantha.

- Travel from the Marketplace to the entrance of Vizunah Local. We ran into a locked gate with a guard.
- Disband and reform our party at Nahpui Quarter, enter and complete the mission.
- Map travel with the entire party back to the Marketplace and make our way back to Vizunah Local. The gate was open and there wasn't a guard.
- Walk inside Vizunah Local, map travel to Kaineng Center, fight our way past the Jade Brotherhood to the Vizunah Foreign entrance. The gate was open as well.
- No one accepted or completed any quests during all this time and we had the same party leader all the time.

So, either there's no rhyme or reason to it or there's another prerequisite for the gates to open that we all met coincidentally, but completing Nahpui Quarter was the only thing we did between the gates being opened and closed. We never map travelled into either Vizunah Local or Vizunah Foreign.

I'll post a screenshot when I get home and into the game.

EDIT 3: Oh balls, the hench in Marketplace aren't Wen No Suh. What do you think about this? Henchmen are at the level of completion that all of your party members have completed, as far as I know; I can get into the Sunjiang District construct area with henchies from Zin Ku at least.

That would make more sense. I mean, if I had any idea what the significance was. I haven't even finished Tahnnaki yet.

Well, I got someone to help me get into the Undercity in a 2-man party. They were Canthan and had finished the game. When we got to Pei, still no dice. I was in the lead.

Perhaps I will ask my accomplice to lead now.

what about us Cantha character?? :S I don't suppose it's possible to enter any pre-LA missions with a Cantha character and a Tyrian leader? ... I will try that sometime this week. Have to run a lot back.

Anyway so i as a Cantha char am able to enter the Foreign part? Cantha characters cannot enter Pre-LA missions at all, no matter who leads.

just ran from K-center to the Foreign access point, as you can see on my screenshot i have never been there before and the gate is open/no guard

My Assassin has finished game though, so not sure at which point you gain access.
