Canthan 15 pt Attribute Quests

Just wondering if you need to become "closer to the stars" to do the attribute point quests in cantha. I ask this because I go into Ran Musu Gardens but the NPC for the quest Raitahn Nem isnt there.

Nope, I did both of mine before leaving Jing Sae Island.

Should be no problem for a Canthan character, Tyrian characters won't be able to do it. Shame really as it's WAY easier than the equivalent quests in Tyria.

First 15 pt quest you have to do first mission for. (In Gardens)

Second 15 pt quest you have to do the seocndmission for. (in harbor)

I done the quest already tho :S

Least im pretty sure i have, when i go to the outpost there is a portal into the gardens. This wouldnt be open if i had not done the quest would it (it would be locked gate)?

Maybe the NPC is only there when I click on the mission instead of just entering thru the portal.

And yes my char is a Canthan.

no, the gate should be open when you finish the mission.

... I know, it is open. But i go in and there is no NPC to get the quest from.

So... do you have to re-enter the mission to do the quest?

The NPC to get it FROM isnt outside, you get it inside then go outside to do it, he will be there as ive done that one today
