I detect something similar to the soa axe what is/was the soa axe??

what is/was the soa axe?? It was an axe that could have 2 grips on it like enchant,fortitude,ect.. which let it have 40% enchants or +60 health and so on.

According to someone I asked, They're getting the leather vest and salvaging the materials for some kind of profit, He may have been lying but I dont know. I've been doing just that for ages with Minotaur Horns from the desert and Collector's Mesmer armor, which yields Linen when salvaged, but unless there's something terribly wrong with into what those Leather Vestments salvage there is no way it would pay off to trade several ectos for a couple of Curved Minotaur Horns.

Edit: Also, what I don't get is that people in Cantha are buying them? If both the collector as well as the best source for those horns are right outside Ice Tooth Cave in Tyria? Is there maybe a collector for those horns that we don't know off yet somewhere in Cantha?
