Boreas Seabed is impossible?

WOW, I just can't do this mission. I tried it with henches twice, once with my ritualist being a healer and once as my ritualist doing damage. I failed both times. So I started joining groups, the problem is, everyone is retarded. I can get the the boss thing everytime it's easy but beating him is impossible, nobody listens.

I've joined 3 groups we made it to him 3 times and all 3 times I lost because like 2 people in the group listen. Everyone else just spams everything on him. I'm like, if you let him use res it stops him from dealing shitloads of damage to us AND it helps charge the spear. So they interupt his res, the off chance that he does get a res of THEY REFUSE TO KILL THE KRAKEN HE RESSES.


Is anyone else on this mission that wants to start a group and do it?

It's far from impossible. I beat it first try with henchies, and obtained 2 swords upon completion. Just unleash level 3-5 spears on him, and he'll go down fairly quickly, and without much effort on your part. Don't know what else to tell you.

impossible was an obvious exaggeration, the first spear is obviously level 5 but after that you can't level it up to kill him fast enough before your henchmen die because 1 healer trying to heal 200 damage on everyone isn't enough.

one interrupter on his jade wind spell and he is toast. Basically just his normal attacks...you need at least two healers tho.

And that is the problem. I can't interupt him henches won't interupt him people don't listen.

did it with rayne and bani and a bunch of henchies. RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOed up first time 'cause we got ambushed, 2nd time we took shorter route, got 3 swords.

Is it the mission where you gotta kill the mesmer boss in the end? Man it was the easiest one of them IMO it is much easier then afflicted ones. I just used disrupting chop on this mesmer's special skill and disabled it for 20 seconds and then again..

You don't even need the spear to kill it with hench.

As long as you interrupt him he's toast.

Get an interrupt ranger and you'll have this mission made

If I had an interupt it would be. Everytime I did the mission with people I got interupters, the only problem was these interupters were completely retarded and didn't interupt. I finally got someone who could interupt the 3 second casting time spell and it was easy.

I cant seem to find him, ive killed the 3 groups then just wonder around finding locked gates everywhere ?

why dont u simply switch to mesmer and pick some of their interrupt skills?? u can easily have say Cry of Frustration and say Leech Signet and it should pretty much work.

certainly better to try think of something on your own instead of whining about ppl..

It took 1900 dmg from my level 5 spear. Needless to say it went down surprisingly fast! Healer henchies, full human team, me as a monk.

I did it with henches + one friend, me as rit. Take dissonance, 1/1 enemy to distract. gg.

What spear are you talking about? Level 5, 1900 damage?

Took a standard damage based henchie setup. All I did was kill off the adds, let the kraken boss res them without interrupting and kill of the add again in 2-3 seconds. As long as the adds are down the boss remains occupied with ressing and not damaging you, worked for me first try anyway.

And no need for spear really, I was playing with a warrior so I had no choice.

As a spirit ritualist with henchies, I had it pretty easy. Mainly because the spear recharges from every death, including my spirits dying.

this has to be one of the easiest missions of them all... just have a good monk.. i went bonding... hold the staff till its lvl 5 use it on last boss for 1200 or so dmg.. then just take him out ... and gg.. job well done ^_^

Did this mission the first time with henchies and got 2swords and spear with my necro. Forget the mesmer secondary just put some points in curses and spinal shivers him with a cold damage weapon then let the henchies have at him.
