Survivor Title

Um, no, all data is stored on Anet's servers and has nothing to do with your PC or exiting the game.

I have heard that once you get the first level of survivor you have to keep 0 deaths to keep the title. Is this true?

Well, in order to have the title, you have to have 0 deaths. So naturally, I would assume that you would have to stay at 0 to keep the title.

edit - also, if the system were to be: if a character had the survivor title at any point of the game, they would be allowed to keep it.

Then wouldn't everyone have the title?

Maybe ud have to get the exp before u die then u keep it if u die after it..

That's what I thought it was. But apparently it isn't. Also, no. Noone would have the title.

the title i belive is you must have got to level 20 with no deaths, when you hit that you can die as much as you like and keep the title, i think.

That's like saying that in order to keep your drunkard title you would have to stay drunk for the rest of the game.

Once you attain a level you are set with it. If you achieve Survivor then die you don't loose the title, you just can't get the next step of the Survivor series (there is more after just "Survivor")

If my character died already, can he still earn the Survivor titles?

nope.

Think about what you just asked for a second. How could you be a survivor if you died?

In order to rekindle my addictiveness to GW, I'm going to shoot for this.

Here's my question: If I were to get this title and just suddenly die for some reason, will I lose the title or still have it?

soon as you get it. you have it forevar. lolx

you would have the survivor title that you earned already but the progress bar for the next lvl of survivor would be stop and would be lost to your specific character for good

Can I reach Survivor title if my character allready has some deaths? I mean to start surviving Or i have to create a new char for it?

Apart from the "blow" part, and the "yo" that should answer your question.

in other words, you have to start new character and make sure that he doesn't die till he reaches lvl 20.

and that he doesn't die after that. my guess is that he'll still have the survivor title he earned before, but won't be able to get the next level of it.

so make sure that your character has a death total of zero
/deaths would help you if the req for the survivor is still being met while you're trying to earn it for it's 1st,2nd, or final rank of the survivor title

I've reached over 300K XP and got survivor (1) untill Shiro killed me with his meditation, i couldn't do anything to stay alive...(~600 dmg)

P.S. Can anybody give me some advices or tactics how to reach the 2 or 3 lvl of this title....
I got rank6, but i think that last lvl of survivor is cool
