um i wasnt talking about minor restoration that one is easy to get. im talking about critical strikes and spawning power which apparently are NOT being sold by the rune trader. this information comes from someone who sits at a rune trader for hours (possibly a bot) and constantly refeshes him buying sin/rit runes as soon as they are available to resell at a very inflated price.
from what i hear, the only way they can be found is by salvaging them from a drop. that is why they are so rare. im glad to see they do exist though.

lol... it just works like this:
real charracters are the only ones who can obtain the runes, so they have to sell em to the rune trader to let him sell it to other players... coz u cant really sell what u dont have right??
and since they in high demand people often sell em to other people instead of the to the rune trader....
