+Dmg always with Health degen?

Ive seen+15% dmg -5 nrg, or -10 armor, but I have in my storage a bow that has +dmg/-1 health degen... like a vamp mod, but without the vamp. Ive never seen these for sale, and nobody has ever said they have one other than me. Were they nerfed at some point or are they just few and far between?

They aren't that rare, just no one sells them because no one wants them . But, no, they werent nerfed, they are not worth millions, just a mod many have never seen before.

Isn't there a bugged weapon? that should have -2 degen, but only has one? a vamp axe +15 ?

Thats was with zealous. Should have had -2 energy regen, but bugged and ended up with an unconditional 15%.

-health regen weapons arent very nice except in the most outthere places (saccers and mending warriors) so they arent really that great. Plus the vampiric that you would add to it(if you are smart) would make it -2 regen, which would be harder to deal with than the -1 (obviously)
