is this normal GW FoW or factions ( soz for dumb question a just got bak from england on holiday)

Why havent my monk and ele fow armor changed name to Obsidian? and the stats are still the same..

Lord Osiric, it says in the update that armors bought before the update won't be changed to "obsidian".

Whenever A-Net finally gets around to putting the armor upgrade NPC in, we'll likely be able to freely upgrade current Fissure armor to "Obsidian." The same goes for other armor types that were changed, such as the removal of energy penalty with Mesmer's Rogue's and Monk's Judge's. I hope they put it in soon!
