Faction CE and Keys Question:

What is different between Pre-Order Faction CE and Regular Faction CE ?
What's in the Pre Order F.CE and What in Regular F.CE?

Can the Retail Key Switchable ?
Meaning:

You're all know problem with the Pre-order F.CE.
Can I apply Regular Faction Retail Key to my Pre-order Faction CE.
Later When I receive the Pre-Order Faction CE key apply it back to my account?

the preorder key was the same set, whether you pre-ordered CE or regular. we all got the same pre-order stuff. same as with prophecies...

The Pre-Order key provides the same benefit's whether your ordered the CD or plain Faction's. You will get same pre-order items. However, if you don't apply the pre-order key you can't get access to those items whether you have the CE or not.

The pre-order provides you with special item's, while the normal and CE don't. The CE gives your Assassin and ritualist's a special bonus dance/emot as well as various other goodies in the box.

You can buy an apply a normal Faction's Key to the account which has the pre-order key and you will get full access to Faction's as well as the pre-order items provided by the pre-order key - you will get 4 character slots if the faction's account is seperate from any GW:P account, or you will get 2 extra slots if it's attached to a GW:P account.

If at a later point you buy a CE edition of Faction's and apply that to your Faction's enabled account the CE key will superseed your Faction's key. You will get the special CD emotes for Assassin's & Ritualist's but will gain NO extra character slots and you will NOT then be able to use the other Faction's key in another account.

If the key will surpress into one account then i won't do it ,
I was thinking about while waiting for my CE< Apply the Regular Faction key and later when I get CE , take out the regular key , and put in CE key

It works the same as the CE for prophecies. If you add a CE key for either Prophecies or Factions it will replace your original cd key. However you CANNOT reuse your original cd key. You cannot take it off you account after you install it.

That's is why I think this was carfully calculated by ANet to increase thier sale. Let people preorder the CE of FActions then postpone the CE so that people feel left out and don't want to wait for their CE so they spend yet another $50 for an original Factions key. It's a conspiracy theory I tell ya. We got dooped
