Am I able to fight doppleganger with my new ritualist?

Okay so far nobody's got a whiff and answered my question. Let me rephrase:
I've made a ritualist. I don't want to make it to the fourth mission. Is it possible to warp to Lions Arch, get a run to the desert, complete the desert missions, then beat dopple to ascend? Saving me ample amounts of work in factions.

Thanks. Doing it in Factions will be much much faster and esier than going all the way to the desert and doing it. Doing it in ch1 will be waste of time when you can do it in just one mission vs 3 + you mirror.

No sweat, I ascended my character today - took about 1 hour total, including the desert quests and fighting doppleganger to get that done. I did get a run from Lion's Arch to Sanctium Cay. But it's quick and easy and there don't seem to be any level limits - my character was a 12 when it bought it over. Now I'm back in Factions.

this is completely false. I took my rit over to LA before even getting to the 4th mission, and did a few quests and missions around Kryta. It's funny seeing noobs freak out at my super secret character that's an Rt. I make up what I am.
