Good Elite Skill Hunting

I can't find the elite Escape in Maishang Hill
Can anyone assure that is there? I have explored every inch of lands in Maishang Hill and there are 4 bosses, none of them is ranger. Thanks

I been leaning towards the idea that an Luxon or Kurzick Boss type charachter would have it but no luck finding any. The Vasburg General has no elite skills from the gayla hatchery quest.

Another possibilty is that Anet might of made of mistake by putting a cultist fervor boss in Unwaking waters exploreable I only mention this possibilty because when i cleared out unwaking waters I killed the same necro boss twice in different spots and there are already two other easy places to cap the skill.

I tried looking in the exploreable areas of missions after you beat them nothing (Did you know that the tahnnakai temple has multiple levels as an exploreabel area?) .

Right now I'm doing all the active quests then rezoning and searching the areas for warrior bosses hoping that an quest I have might of disabled the boss from spawning but I doubt it.

Someone had a screenie of whirling axe, and it not showing up as an elite. I was going to cap it but did'nt want to in case it screwed something up.

Not putting every elite in the game or making it only spawn on a one off mission would not make sense as it would make the 180 skill title unobtainable until ch3

I've looked everywhere for the following also.

Assasins Promise
Psychic Instability - tho the Kurzick amubshers use this skill when you are running the supplies mission..
Heal as one

Anyone found any of the above??

The only thing I can think of, is that these bosses are in some challenge mission, but i've not done enough of them to check.

We must be missing something..

Energy Surge: Milesfaun Mindflyer (Warden, Mourning Veil Falls NE of Amatz Basin) and just above where you get the Urn of Saint Viktor (Arborstone mission)

I know that he wasn't there for 2 times that I explored the area, and he appeared the 3rd time. If you wanna try your luck by picking the repeatable quests, try the one outside Eredon Terrace first (Scouting Maishang Hills), as I suspect it's this one: The boss spawns near the last Kurzick group to kill, so might be this that triggers the spawn.

How I can get Quivering Blade if I have already completed Charlice of Corupion (I didn't refuse the drink)? No Am Fah turn to enemy.

Has anyone found where you can cap Heal as One (ranger BM)?

Sorry if someone has posted about this, I havent read the posts above - I've just used ctrl+F for all the pages to look for it - no post about this apparently.

Beguiling Haze can also be found on Razorfang Hazeclaw in Gyala Hatchery explorable about half of the zone straight north of Leviathan Pits.
Edit: Just checked front page, do we not have tainted flesh? Thats in Gyala as well on an island in the northeast part of the map. Its a yeti boss named Lukrker Foulfist.

It must just be me, but I cannot get to the constructs in Sunjiang District or find a quest to get to them. I know theres the gated tunnel at the bottom of the one hill but I have no idea on how to get in to cap the Ranger skill in there. Anybody know?
