Shield +30, -5 (20%)

I see these shields alot in LA, they are obviously a Cantha shield. But I was wondering if they are a collector shield, or if they are a weapon crafter shield. I dont have factions yet, due to a police officer who saw fit to give me a 350$ ticket, or I would just check myself. Thanks =) Also could you post what it takes to get one? Either ooky monster parts you trade the collector, the what it takes to craft and price.

Cantha has alot of "perfect" weapons.

Bortak's dropped to almost NOTHING in a few minutes, not only because of MM change (had sometihng to do with it), but because you can basically pay a crafter 5k for the same stuff.

im sure golds will hold their value, though since the updated golds i have seen quite a few perfect gold drops...
