With the exception of the Vault Keeper (havent confirmed VK), Officers can buy the services also.

cause I, as an officer, purchased 2 services for my guild.

I, as a member, bought a rune trader for our hall.

We tested last night and found that we kept the services that were purchased before changing the hall.
