you can do better indeed, you still have quite some enchantments missing

and if you realy wanna go crazy, try and get a strength +1 shield and keep trying till triggers on both endure and defy :P

No record at all. Yesterday i saw a ss thread of someone with 7k + health.

With enough effort, you should be able to reach 9-10k hps. Full party with every enchant (rougly 45 of em?) +1's to everything possible (like strength, vital blessing, etc.) And 10% morale boost. Calculated nearly 9k hp without the +1's and morale.
