What´s your take on killing time while waiting for Factions ?

So, what do you people do ingame while waiting for factions ? Me, I´ve been recently playing around with the pre-order items for no particular reason I like to go to low leveled areas to play around with the weak mobs there, with the daggers doing almost no damage because of the lack of Dagger Mastery, it feels almost like being back to the good old times right after pre-searing when the characters were weak and the devourers were the biggest problem in the universe





Except of course the enemies don´t do any damage to me either

I've been working on getting my XP on my characters (like you, for no apparent reason). My Warrior now has 1,100,000+ xp, my Monk- 1,400,000+, and my Mesmer(the one I'm working on atm) has 750,000+. I still have my Elementalist, Ranger and Necro to go, which are at about 300-400k each. I may run out of time before Factions, so likely I'll stop on my Mesmer. To get XP, I farm Trolls using Hunter's scrolls (which nets about 6-7,000xp per run). And if/when we have favor, I do quests in Underworld or Fissure. Although high XP is nothing more than bragging rights, it keeps me playing the game and keeps it fun.

I also like helping friends and guildies work on their in-game projects, and keeping up with our guild's website. It isn't that hard to find something to do if you look around in the game.

We've been tying up loose ends:

Titan and SF quests, and missing missions/bonuses. (my quest log is empty, strange feeling)
Collecting materials again for Chapter 2 (gonna need several armor sets right off the bat)

I have made progress on completely de-fogging the map.

I need to work on getting r3 also....

oh yeah, and some farming in between on "dead hours" to stack up on materials/money for new armors, and also slowly buying all the weapons/ weapon mods i need for my warrior to be truely versatile (as in being able to wield all 3 weapons in pvp)

clearing the map and sitting around in Gates of Kryta between farming mergoyals... pretty boring otherwise lol Um no screens...

1.do some training run with my new Warrior, only copper>iron left so i can do world tour run for my Guild and firends.
2.do some PvP to unlock Warrior and Ranger skills on my main account (which has 4 PvE charactors Mesmer, Ele, Necro and Monk )

I need to work on getting r3 also.... Final Assault sometime this week? I still need Titan Source, High Priest Alkar, and Final Assault, and then I'll have completed the whole game. Except for maybe bonuses on almost every mission.

Working on materials now, since you mentioned it last night. Been browsing auctions getting nice weapons for cheap so that I'm going in my best into Cantha.

We should do more FoW/UW, I need more skill points for Vilaptca to start buying up skills that he wants as soon as he enters Cantha.

Been playing another game that wants to be but cannot be nearly as good as Guild Wars, a sub-par version of Guild Wars, full of hax, bots, griefers, and it's server is always down ... Lineage 2.

I decided to make my old ingame main character Factions based. Lately though I have been farming Pre with different versions of him. Yep once I get Factions Kill Mur is going to be a R/Me. I also plan redoing my Ele under Factions. I have the Stone Staff that I will use for her.

Characters I have planned for Factions already are: R/Me, E/R and Rit/Mo.

I guess another thing to do while waiting for Factions is to get a new mouse. My poor right mouse button is being a bitch. It is difficult at times to push it down and have it respond at all. So not very good in game since that is my camera button. I may endup playing Factions with this mouse anyways. Gah! Better buy a new one fast.

Me? I've been farming so that I can acually afford some of the various armors for factions. I know I'll be getting at least one or two characters of mine 15k armor.
