Just dmg ?

HI
All weapons have other kind of dmg like: slashing, piercing, dark or chaos dmg, but I have a weapon that has dmg with no other special thing on it,

Does this change the dmg input on armor or not?

I know that there are shields against slashing or piercing dmg so is this in anyway special or not ?

Please show us the whole picture. This way just just could have cut off the left part, if it has a prefix.

It's an Axe. Axes do slashing damage.

It's probably unidentified. It won't tell you the damage type yet because it could be elemental.

No, it's identified, as it says "of Fortitude".
But I still wanna see the whole picture, especially the left side.

Yes, but Angel's just pointing out a weird glitch. The weapon does not state what type of damage the weapon does, in this case, it's an axe.

I once got a 14-28 bow, which regularly comes in 15-28. Isn't that weird

I believe this is the serpent pre-searing axe.

Nope, i've had 5-28 axes and bows like that before now - its just one off max damage on the lower base.

the quest....i cant remember...
i can say its before the jungle, because i made my ele recently and it still is in my inventory. my best guess is kryta.

Its from a quest in north shiverpeak, I have this item a long time in my inventory so I dont remember wich quest, I just wana know what this dmg is all about if it does the same dmg as any other slashing dmg or not, so far no 1 cares about that I think and all wanna know about the axe, weird its not even max and I dont care that much about it as the rest of the ppl do here, so If no 1 knows anything I would just say close this and move on.

This is not a weird item, I have seen people once sell an upgrade on guru "a staff wrapping" with no mod on it
