It's a defender, can anyone give me a price check.

Uhh...from the health bonus, I guess it's purple?
1-2k is my estimate.

In the topic title it says rare, so it's a rare meaning yellow/

That's strange.
Are you absolutely sure it's +23?
I always thought rare shields were +29 and above for health.
I've found many purple shields with higher than +23 health mod.

1.5K, unless someone is looking for a defender.

It's worth way more than 1-2k; The req is low and it's strength! People jump on low strength reqs.

i say 2K-3K. no more than that unless someone is really desperate to get a shield then i guess it could go higher.

10 strength req...that's borderline high. A low req would be 7-8.

For rare shields, these are the Hp mods available

20-30life always
20-30life while in stance (no i have never seen one go higher than 30 except collectors)
30-45life wile enchanted

10 req is not borderline high, it is high. Also, take into consideration that there are many more stances that require tactics than strength, so a stance user would probably not require a strength shield.
