Anyone else not gaining XP anymore from PvP? (NT)

300 XP animation still floats up after victories, but no real XP comes. I needed it as a way to get Attribute refund points (15 wins, grrrr!) if I didn't want to slave on a PvE farm. Now there's no choice for your homemade character. They could have at least told us they were going to screw us even worse with the refund system. I thought they said they wouldn't hide anything?
It's glitchy even - you win an arena match and still see the 300 XP animation float up, but no more XP is given.
EDIT: OK, it does say that faction is given instead, but they need to take away the +300 animation for wins and PLEASE fix the Refund system.

What the heck?! I too used the XP from kills for refund points. Man, someone on the team wasn't thinking
