i have been looking for it, but never found it.

You forgot the Southern Shiverpeaks one.

As for a bonus mission list, I'd refer to Photic's site, it seems that bonuses up to and including Southern Shiverpeaks have been discussed in this last two issues:

I'd cross-reference this with the mission bonus FAQ in GameFAQs.com, which I can't link to due to their external linking rules. That has all the bonuses, but I'm not sure if all are correct.

and you might want to consider some structure here. like, for instance, alphabetical?

I agree. Sticky petition time!
This is the only thread that is kept up to date for this purpose.

send a PM to a mod request for sticky, and you may add my name to the list.

EDIT: your link to 15k armors should link to original poster, not your own post imho.
