builds for a good tanker (w/mo)

I am a paladin (w/mo) and i want to know the best builds for an effective tanker in pvp. I hold shield and sword, and i wonder if strenght/tactic is better, and on the other hand is healing/protection better for a strong tanker.

I think by putting a tank in pvp you've already lost all the usefulness of a warrior.

Currently for PVE, I am running the following:
12 swordsmanship +1 rune +1 helmet
9 tactics +1 rune
10 healing prayers

sever artery
gash
galrath slash
gladiator's defense(E)
healing signet
watch yourself!
live vicariously
restore life



or....

healing hands(elite)

Is Healing Signet really worth it, when you've got a Monk secondary?

I thought about that too, and I decided that the best tanks are tactics based. The healing is really just icing on the top. The builds really only uses live vicariously for healing.

Healing is jsut nice, but if you have a very good team of monks would it be more effective with protection prayers and enchant yourself with stuff.
