Mantra of Resolve vs Concussion shot

Quick question that I'm finding hard to test. (otherwise I promise I'd try to figure it out myself)
If I'm in either a mantra of resolve or mantra of concentration stance which prevents me from being interrupted, what happens if I get hit with a concussion shot while casting?

If Concussion shot hits while target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and your target is Dazed for 5-17 seconds. This attack deals only 1-13 damage. I realize that I won't be interrupted, but do I get dazed? Are the daze and interrupt two seperate conditions that are treated seperately? Or is the daze part of the interrupt and as such dependent on it?

Anyone have any first hand experience?

Ok, I have an easier one.
Hitting a rez signet with disrupting shot. Does that count as the rez signet being used? Or can they use it after the recharge time?

Haven't tested the first one, but the second (from my experience) allows the Rezsig to recharge.
