Who said monks were hard to beat their mirror?

Time and time again I hear people saying 'man I feel sorry for you, monks have a hard time ascending.' Well I can't really take credit for my success. I had read several posts on here about taking monks to mirror matches but I didn't really remember what people had said. Anyways, using quite simple logic, I equipped Healing Breeze, Retribution and Zealots Fire. The battle was over in under a minute. It was laughable. But anyways, woohoo I've ascended!

Yep, this was the same strategy I used, and it was easier to beat than my elementalist mirror.

Monk mirror was easy as...well, it was easy. Battle<15 seconds, I still had around 1/2 to 3/4 of my health...

If you don't use the healing breeze trick it can be harder though it is certainly possible. Most of the people having a really hard time followed the "no healing at all" advise...

Likewise, I killed something to, then I had some one say I had ascended. Was kinda shocked I broke a mirror so darn fast.

Do I get 7 years bad luck now for breaking my mirror so quickly ? ?

Thanks for helping lots of people who can't employ strategy or solve problems for themselves get past ascension. That helps keep the post-ascension population full of quality characters, like the ones in the forge who say "OMG LOOK AT ME IM ONLY LVL 12" and the ones who post their mirror strategies.
