I'm currently writing an Underworld FAQ and I'm looking for builds for the following purposes:
Tank
Puller/Trapper
Healer
Protector
Nuker/Damage Dealer
Mana Supporter/Damage Dealer (Should be a Necro with Blood Ritual and Well of Power for keeping mana high for mages/healers)
I've got a protector build below along with an explaination. Something similar to what I have would be helpful, but make sure it's tailored for and tested in the underworld. Good Builds I choose will be added into the guide and the author will be credited alongside their build.
Protector: Mana Guardian
Class: Elementalist/Monk
Attributes:
Earth Magic: 10+3 (Stone's Eye + Major Earth Rune)
Energy Storage: 11+1 (Minor Energy Storage Rune)
Protection Prayers: 10
Skills:
Obsidian Flame
Ward Against Melee
Ward Against Elements
Ether Prodigy (ELITE)
Remove Hex/Convert Hexes/Purge Conditions/Pacifism
Protective Bond
Aegis
Rebirth
The point of this build is to keep your tanks alive using Protective Bond, which limits them to 5% of their max HP for one hit. This makes warriors die in 20 hits rather than 3, which will let your monks heal a lot better. Protective Bond can sap a ton of your MP, which is why energy storage is high. You can also use Ether Prodigy when you are low on MP to keep maintaining those enchantments. Ward Against Melee and Aegis both help to save mana by preventing hits. You can use Obsidian Flame to dish out a nice 100 damage, though be careful not to take too much exaustion. Ward Against Elements helps with magic. Slot 5 is somewhat a wild slot. You can put anything here, though I reccommend an anti-hex or anti-condition spell. Pacifism could be helpful, however most groups are too uncoordinated to avoid damage on an enemy. Rebirth can also be used when needed.
