I see a lot of guild's at 18 years plus, but are there any that are 25 plus? In the alternative, are there any guilds with hot chicks that like to party? If so, I am an Air El/Mesmer with a lot of free time.

Are you sure you aren't looking for a dating service?

( I'm just teasing you )

Good luck though!

If I thought this was a dating service, I would be looking for 25 years and younger. LOL

I was always kind of confused about the age-limit guilds. How can you prove that you are old enough to join? This is the "internets", I was under the impression that you can lie about yourself as much as you please. Unless you have to scan them a credit card or something....

ETA: Also, I am a hot chick who likes to party, but my guild is filled with men, so I don't get much party-ing in. Sorry to disappoint.

Well one has faith that their members wouldn't lie I suppose. Then again,
if one were running a voice server it might be harder to keep up the lie.
I don't think it's as rampant in a guild situation as one might think. Not saying
it doesn't or won't happen though.

Bottom line is putting faith in your teammates/members really.

Chicks, me included, like to party with guys, but it's hard to convince your guild of hardcore male gamers that you don't want to go on the mission (as the primary healer, natch) because you want to go to the Naked Dance Party in District 1.

Sounds like Dred thinks people below his age are too unmature?? Just wondering but if you really NEED a Guild with 25+ years old people make your own...

I'd think that, oh... above 16 would be the most mature, not necessarily 18. But then again, I'm 18 and a lot of people my age are still not capable of cohesive thought, so age isn't the best indicator of maturity. However, most of my experiences with 14 year old gaming boys has been negative, especially when they figure out I'm a girl and not a another 14 year old gaming guy pretending (which happens with suprising frequency). They are the successors to and the perpetrators of 1337 speak.

[I mean this as a broad generalization. If you are, indeed, a fourteen-year old boy and you are mature and nice, why, then, by all means ignore this post and flee from the influences of your brethern.]

I've found that most people whom have an age preference do, not so much
because of "maturity" rather than being around folks they may have more in
common with. I.E. Family lives, interests etc.

He has his reasons to ask about guilds 25+, if he wants a guild of that nature. He will either find one here, or make one. I don't think maturity/dating or anything really matters... it's what he wants to get out of the game. Hope you have fun Dred!

Thanks to everyone for the information. I agree that age does not determine how well you can play GW. In fact, the younger players seem to be a bit better. I hope to see all of you when the GW goes online. Thanks again.

P.S. Ferelle, you have a great guild at Imperial Fist. My compliments.

Actually at GVB we have an age requirement of 16. However right now I'm currently the youngest member at 27. So far we all take the game seriously, and we all have familes. Feel free to check out our site http://www.guidedbyvoices.net
