awaken the blood

Hi,

I wanted the skill Awaken the blood. Now I'm a post ascalon and it seems I was supposed to get it at the fisherman heavens. It's weird because I went there and talked to the guy who gives skills. I even made the quest why you have to purify the hunting cor.
How exactly do you get that skill?
Do I have to redo my character or what?

Haha... um, fisherman's haven is very farther along the game than post-sear ascalon, I have no idea what you think you're talking about, but there is no fisherman's haven in pre-sear. It's an outpost north of the mission Sanctum Cay, and you can reliably run to it from LA.
