New Rune NPC's

anyone know the location of one of these Rune trading NPC's

should be in most major cities....I know I saw one in Lions Arch, and Droknars Forge. So I would assume you can find one in Ascalon and a few other places.

I have seen them in Droknar's, Amnoon Oasis and Lion's Arch..and I am assuming there is one in Ascalon as well.

Of course, he is near the fire where the armor crafters are. Although it's a "she" in this case
