longer guild announcements!

The last few times i've made a guild announcement it's taken me a good 15 minutes to adequately convey the information i needed to AND stay under the rediculously low character limit.

Please, just a little more! I want to be able to write 3 complete sentances rather than the 2.5 i'm limited too!

yeah the message does tend to get a bit short. an additional 100 150 characters would be great. there is usally so much going onin my guild, all we can say is check the forums and webpage there is so little room.

Being able to actually use the announcement to announce things would be nice.

if not expanding the announcement add a guild notes section where the officers can post more elaborate posts that you can view when you hit G

*bump* This is important, I totally agree. We don't use the announcements for announcements, but to pass clever one-liners.. because they're the only thing that fits.
