Elite skills on toolbar question.

If I have an elite skill equiped on my toolbar to use, and a signet of capture. Can I capture another skill while the 1st elite skill is still there? If so, could I do it again and again until I become a god. Thank you.

As soon as you get to a town, outpost etc. the elite skill you just captured comes off your skill bar. It is still unlocked obviously...
