Unlocking runes :question

OK, you unlock a rune by identifying it, once the monster has dropped it in its armour right ? but, how do you unlock a rune that you have bought ? or is it un-unlockable?

You can't unlock things by buying them from other people, I believe. I bought a Marksmanship rune from someone and I can't use it for a PvP character.

If you want something for a PvP character, you'll just have to work to get it for yourself.

in order to unlock something for your PvP characters, you must ID it. if an item was already IDed, you cannot use an identification kit on it again.
