Don't know if it's a bug or intended...
Ritualist spells when cast on allies have no arrow indicator unlike enchantments and hexes do, which makes it very difficult to gauge if/when they're working or not. I took a skill set to specifically buff and heal teammates, but it was pretty much impossible to know whether I was actually doing anything or not... at first I thought the spells were actually broken.

Seems that you now have to call targets to get henchies interested. You can do it while holding ashes, though. I've had henchmen standing around as I was pummeled until I called a target. This is probably an improvement (and good teaching for PVP) - as long as you realize you need to do it!
The Luxon quest to kill Kurzick scouts reappears after completing (if you leave the area and return). Intentional? Seems like awfully easy XP.

A friend and I had the very same issue several times yesterday. Occurred twice during a GvG, actually, which was rather irksome. The entire screen simply locks up - as if a screenshot has been taken and frozen for me to stare at. I play in a window, and fortunately I found that if I minimize and re-open the GW window, it rights itself. My friend plays full-screen, though, and didn't have the same luck - he dropped from the GvG trying to get the problem fixed. It continued to occur several more times during the night for me, and while it's quickly fixed with the minimize-maximize trick, it certainly has the potential to mess you up at just the wrong moment and cost your team a match.

- Is this a targeted teleport?
- Or a random teleport?
- What mission or explorable area?
- Can you cause this to happen?
- Can you give us a screenshot here in the forums? I think maybe that's not possible in which case, can you grab a screenshot and save it? Then, the best thing to do is to send a Support ticket (via the link on the official site, www.guildwars.com) and ask that they "escalate to Gaile Gray, as per her request."
To the others sending bugs, I think I'm going to start an official Bug Report Thread so that we can have one concise place to put all such reports. I think that having an official thread would be easier for people to spot, and I bet Inde or another of the good GWG folks will even sticky it for us!

I had problems turning my character left or right this morning (7AM EST) in the FPE while running forward. Instead of turning to the left or right when I press the 'A' and 'D' keys he strafed like I was pressing the 'Q' and 'E' keys. It has also been happening to me in the Chapter 1, so I do not believe it is related to Factions specifically, but a Factions updated maybe. My first encounter with this was around 8PM EST March 22 around Quarrel Falls. It seems to happen randomly, but fairly often. The link below is to an earlier thread on this topic.

EDIT: In the FPE, It occured various times on my way from the Market Place to Cavalon while I was doing the Luxon quest from the Market Place. My character was a male A/R.

During the Female Assassin's dance, the divine aura (unlocked if you have the collector's edition of Guild Wars Prophecies) of the assassin only shows a red star in the left hand. The Right-handed star just randomly floats about, following the hand for random seconds at a time.
Also: When I first changed my assassin female to the ranger secondary proffession, I got the skills and the bow, but I was not able to get my party window to display A/R to anybody, even myself, until after I had unlocked one of the towns that wasn't the marketplace or explorable land.

The Kurzick Mission "Altrumm Ruins". When you click ENTER MISSION It says "Must be between levels 0 and 0 to enter"
Unless this is intentional?
Also, one of my henchmen (healer) got stuck behind a wall in the explorable area north of that mission, although I think thats a random bug, not repeating.

Not sure if this is actually common elsewhere, but the Illusion Henchman casts hexes on Spirits, which of course has no effect. I watched him spam away his energy casting Conjure Phantasm 
I'd imagine this isn't limited to him; because of all the new spirits and spirit-using monsters, I'm encountering it noticeably. But, I couldn't really say if that's the case always. [Perhaps not a bug so much as a horrible AI flaw]
