Well i started out with a Necro and have been playing with my necro for along time now and i decide to make myself a w/mo.

It was easy as heck to select the target and cast my spell, but what im finding hard is to target a certain monster at times where if i click on them i will just run up to them and sit there and while i try to click on the name inorder to attack it there are several player names that get in the way while trying to attack.

My question is, Is there a hotkey to attack an enemy?

I mean theres the TAB but usually it will just tab to a monster way off screen and takes me forever to rollover to the correct monster and even if i double-click there name on the display 80% of the time my guys just runs towards the monster and stops.

Well any help would be nice.

Thanks.

After you target it with Tab, hit the Spacebar. Spacebar is the hotkey to attack. I find it hard to click on names, too, when there are a bunch of names jumbled up. If you do need to click for a faster attack, make sure want the name of what you want to attack is underlined before you click. When put your mouse over a name, it becomes underlined. That way, you know what your clicking on.

Yeah, it hasnt been too much of a problem for me, but sometimes, i TAB past a monster to kill a different one, then when i eventually TAB to get back to that monster the tab picks a different monster (next in the list?) that is way out of the way...

In EQ/EQ2 there was a hotkey to target the CLOSEST monster..is there one in this game as well because that would work much better than tab.

C is the hotkey to target the closest enemy.

works good, just hit C and then space straight after.
