Doesn't look like it. The latest patch brought back the normal behaviour. Gold pauldron IDed to major tactics. 2 purples IDed to minors.
Judging from the rune trader prices, the drops are back to normal. Sup vigor and Sup Abs. are almost back to what they were. And monk runes are rising as well.

This is probably a Stupid Question but I still need to ask it.
Senator Tom.. In your Screenshot how did you get all the Items to drop in front of you like that??
My guess is that you identified them and dropped them from your Inventory in that spot for the Screenshot. If thats the case how do you drop Inventory Items?? Yea, its a stupid question but I am still a NooB at GW..
