Problem with March 23rd update ?

Ever since today's update, I cant enter 90% of zones. Every time I map to a town or leave an outpost my game crashes without warning. The only places I can travel are Lion's Arch and a few other small outposts. I was wondering if somebody else is having similar problems. Because of this, my 2 RP characters are stuck in Deldrimor War Camp.

Delete your Gw.dat file in Program Files/Guild Wars and re-load the Game, means re-downloading everything buuuut, it might fix it.

I was actually considering doing that, but then I'd have to download all of tommorrow's preview event

It does sound like the gw.dat got messed up (one of the updates installed bad).

I back up mine from time to time to a dvd-rw.

Good advice. If this doesnt resolve itself in a few hours I'll reinstall or delete GW.dat (*cringe*) and make a backup copy from now on.

Ive gotten the update and it wont even connect to guild wars they need to fix this asap.

My computer resets after I download the update, but knowing that other people have this problem as well I know it's not just my computer.

When i try to start GW after the update it crashes for me too... argh!

I'm having the same problem on one of my comps. Everyone in town freezes, then it crashes. I deleted and reinstalled the client, went through the whole big update again and it crashed again.

A reinstall and redownload has fixed all of my problems.

this better work tommorow! i thought alanus was bsing when he first told me since i know some people and they dont have problems with game

I deleted that file...same issue
Uninstalled GW and reinstalled...same issue
Upgrading my video drivesr fixed my display problems, but now I"m getting random lock ups.
