55monk - still good?

Hi!

Just got my monk full, 200 attributes and all that. Been playing with my warrior for months before so Im kinda new to monk (did have w/mo tho).

So I wonder, is it worth to get a 55monk? Still good places to farm? Solofarm in uw or fow possible?

Just wanna know so I dont buy all those sup runes for nuffin..

I have a 55 monk and you can farm hydra's and trolls very fast with it, i never do UW but that must be possible too (must have a then mo/w though)

But to answer your questions:
1. Yes its worth getting a 55 monk (just make sure to get a second set of armor for regular monking)

2. Yes there are a lot of good places to farm (again check my link)

3. Yes its possible to solo farm in the UW. No, its not possible to solo farm in FoW.

I suggest that you don't solo farm (as I started out solo-farming UW instead of dual-farming it..I have come to realize that it is MUCH slower).

Still very possible and many places left to farm.

New to 55hp monk? No problems. Give those minotaurs in elona's mission a beatdown for practice. The places in Tsunami's post are terrific as well.

A little math on the mino's to give you an idea of your profits: (an estimation of 1 run per 3 min. with 700g~ profit margin, meaning you'll be able to do 18-20 runs an hour)

20 x 700 = 14k (an hour) x 3 = 42000

In 3 hours, you've netted 42k and already made back the costs of your superior runes plus a little pocket change. Once you get going a little faster, you'll probably be making more than 14k an hour.

Watch those videos... they are NOT mine, I have been working HARD to perfect my Solo FoW Monk build... and one day when I do perfect it I will post it here.....

These vidoes show a Necro soloing FoW, but the same build can be used for a monk just remember you don't do as much dmg since all you get is 12 in Curses instead of 16... but even with that I am able to kill groups with monks..
