Graphic Problem.

Well I was playing the game a little while ago and all of a sudden my entire screen had all these weird colors.As if though is was distorted.Well I want to know could it be my dirver because here are my specs.
Radeon 9800 pro
windows xp
Via Hyperian4in1
256mb
Direct x 9.0c
driver is radeon catalyst version 5.5
I think that is all,But what could be the problem may you help me please?

You mean your whole screen as in all of Windows? Or just GW?

yes its guild wars its self.It happen again when i was getting my mesmer job.I was running with devona then it was a lot of enemies next thing I know the screen messed up.also how can i take snapshots to show u all.Any ways yes it was the Guild wars screen.

You have an antivirus running? That can cause that. Or if not, anything else that is running?

i think i have one running.HOw can i turn it off or how can i find it?

how do I take snapshot's of my desktop and where would I find the file with the pictures in it?It happened again but this time at the account screen,I WAS CHANGING THE GAME OPTION.
