Where are all the 15k armor crafters?

I know of The Granite Citadel, but where are the other ones? And what warrior armour do they sell?

Thanks, that makes 2 now. I've also heard one being in the underworld or fissure? Can anyone verify this and maybe even tell me what the names of the armor for warriors is they're selling?

Yes there are crafters in the underworld and fissure..As to what te require..no idea.
