question about pre-ordering factions

i need to ask a question about factions
i pre-ordered it and i asking about the ingame weapons u get when u pre-order it, can anyone tell me how i can get these?

Login with a character....type in /preorder

Your preorder package will include a specific key (set of numbers) that you add to your account (after you login, but before selecting a character). Once this has been added, any character you create will have the items. Also, you can type "/preorder" on any character, while in a town, to get the items on that character.

ya i tried /preorder nothing happend

It worked for me, I applied the preorder key that came in the booklet to my account and entered the game with one of my charactors. Upon typing /preorder into the msg window I recieved the standard staff and blades.
