For the UK Guild Wars Factions players, were you buying your Copy?

I went with Game as they e-mailed the beta key and will send the pre-order boxout too. I didn't bother with the CE of either Propechies or Factions as the extras in the box don't seem worth the extra money and I don't use emotes or dances at all.

I got a question for thouse who have ordered from gameplay.com.

It saids, it will be a free dilvery in second class, would this mean I will still be able to get in the next day from your experience? Or is it worth getting the first class dilvery for the extra £1?

I ask because from my experience from ordering from Amazon, there was no difference in speed.

I ordered mine from www.Game.net I have always had good service from them .
I had the email with the keys last week sometime

If you pre-order and get it delivered second class, you'll probably not be guaranteed to get it the day before official release day. Second class may take a few days more. Bear in mind they won't be sending anything out until close to the official release date anyway.

The picture says pre-order edition but they say nothing about it so I dunno.
Even if it they don't the £12 off and free delivery is worth it

Best place to get any games in teh UK is www.play.com that is where i will be getting my copy from. I got Guild Wars for £18 before it was released last time you just have to get lucky as they mess with there prices for pre orders all the time.

Game has collectors ed out now, all the benefits of the key and preorder box.. delivered!

Pre ordered on game online got my pre order key the same day, plus the special pre order comes with cd's and other stuff aswell, i didnt want collectors because theres alot of un-needed crap that i would never use

I think i wait a bit longer and see if anyone else gets this Pre-order pack, cos i really dont like GAME.

Is not like I need a CD key to play the weekend Preview anyway.

Anyone else smell a bit of NCsoft price fixing going on here? Play aren't stocking factions at all, despite being one of the biggest on-line games retailers, and Simply, who are heavily discounting the CE box have been removed from the pre-order event.

When I originally bought Guildwars I followed a link from to simply games from guildwars.com but I dont see it this time!.. hmm, odd.

Anyway I still had 300+ points from when I used them so I got £1 off!.. which I used to pay for the priority delivery server xD

I pre-ordered mine from Play (www.play.com) in about... November 05. XD Still confused over a lot of things though.

Pre-order is not the same as the Pre-order package, right?

My understanding:
With the pre-order package you get some fancy A/Rit weapons as well as the stuff from the non-package Pre-order. (Posters and merchandise ignored)

Do both packages come into play on April 28th? Which one (if not both) can be used on April 27th?
Is it possible (using a Factions CDKey emailed to you after purchasing Pre-order package) to have more than 4 character slots before April 27th?

All the fancy /addkey commands only apply to the Pre-order package, correct?

I'm still planning on the CE boxed set from play.com - once March the 31st comes, I'll start looking!

I am a bit confused i dont see any Record of Guild Wars faction on Play.com.

But yeah, the massive discount is worth losing out on the 2 weapons I think.
