Missing stuff!!!!

When i opened my inventory... i saw that shard, which i bought are missing.... normaly, isnt it? But my ectos, which i sold to buy shards (250 g shards) where back again.. that is normal, isnt it? that was that morning when arena net fix things!! I came back form school.... my pass was diffrent (i ask another one on "forgot your password") i entered inside.. opened my inv.... and my ectos where gone!!! nobody knows my old password!! only i do!!! that ectos werent bought or earned in period of low priced shards and they where here in the morning!! So why did somebody move them... i had 8 ectos which were bloody earned week ago!!!! My question is, WHERE ARE THEY NOW!!!!!!????? ty :P

It was just a rollback from a recent trader bug which people took advantage of and screwed the economy for a full hour. So the devs shut down the server rolledback to an earlier time before the economic crisis happened.

I know about my 300 shards and sup runes.... it is normaly that they are gone now... i know that... but where did my ectos disapered!! they werent earned or bought in that period... they are 1 week old!!!!
Ectos where in my inventory when shards and sup runes disapered... but 7 h later (when i came back from school) ectos disapered!!

Maybe you were hacked, I see a lot of topics about this lately.
Check your pc for key loggers (programs that tracks which keys your press when you enter a password)
If you are saying that the ectos are a week old then someone has gotten into your account and took the ectos and changed the password.
Thats why you were not able to login and sent a password reset.

Check your pc.

hm.. i am checking it regulary.... but why didnt they took some better items... they took only 8 loosy ectos!

Shadow shield +60 -5 while hexed
2 Bullwork's
Tribal Axe 6-28 +15% enchanted +5 armor
Sickle 6-28 15^50 10/10 furious

what the items i bought and trader for are just swipped from me? i had a superior rune of vigor that is gone and that isn't fair? i don't know anythign about a glitch in your program i just know i aqeired stuff that is nolonger there that is worth alot of money to me......... this is totally wrongggggggg........

Ive lost my entire storage, and all of my characters inventory.

The shards and runes i bought in the trader crisis i had expected to be gone, but im totally not sure why i lost the rest, ill have to wait till i get back on tonight to see if its been fixed.

Did you buy them during the time when the traders go reset? If your items are gone, do you have your money back? Then there is nothing wrong. It was a glitch, as long as you have your money back, suck it up and deal with it. It was too good to be true to be able to get the superiors and ectos and shards,etc. Does it suck, yes, but such is life.

To the OP, I don't know how they did a server rollback, but assuming the amount of time it took to do that I am not sure that there wasn't some manual work going on. If you truly feel that some items are gone that shouldn't be, you should contact Anet support, as they are the only ones who can help you, not us.

The only thing we can tell you is that there was a sever glitch and they rolled back the state of the game until shortly before it happened.

All i can say is I am glad Anet did the rollback to prevent another batch of noobs from getting rich in 10 mins. That was the right move. All I can do is laugh at those that are complaining about it.

Ha, im very aware of the rollback.. But these lost items which im talking about where there before this even started.. So thats why im pissd.

And if its still not there, yeah ill be straight onto Anet support. Im not complaining, just concerned.

i sold my ectos to the rare materials trader..... 5k each to buy more shards!! in the morning everything was good... anet fixed everything... my ectos were good, safely waiting in my storage.... then after school they where gone...

To the guy missing his ectos, Press F9 and scan all bags, and all your characters and your storage.

Yep sounds like a hacking to me. If it was there after the rollback, but not there when you got home then someone probably had access to your account.
Check with anyone who might know your password.

Everything in my inventory was fine. I played as normal. But a few hours later, I noticed a FDS disappeared. It was customized an all, but oh well.
It was in my vault, did a mission, switched characters and poof it was gone.

No big loss, just weird i guess.

This is a bit funny. Its like looting. People who took advantage of this will pay the price. In this case maybe some of your items that were aquired legally are now gone. Oh well.

if there were no follow up updates after the rollback the answer is clear.
