Been over a day and cant connect

when i try to start guildwars all i get is this, and I looked over my fire walls and norten 5 times. Please help me

oh, i had this some months ago, ive wrote many mails to gw support the they send me to my isp and when i called my isp and they said they dont know 5 minutes later it was working
(i had the problem for about a week and the problem wasnt in my firewall or hardware or whatever but u should check yours ... router firewall ... something)
