sword upgrades

theres 2 types of upgrades as i understand, meaning u can upgrade a sword twice, and i know that if u use an upgrade on a sword that already has one it ovrerrides it

my question is wha are the 2 sword upgrades (i know one is the pommel) and which upgrade goes where, like u have a ____ long sword of ___, which type of upgrades changes the prefix and which changes the suffix?

Prefix is Hilts... thes add lenghten effects on foes as well as change the try of damage the sword does. And pommels are the suffix

Hate to send a link off to another site, but this is one of the best lists I've seen on the upgrades available for each weapon and it's effect.

ok good, i ask because i have a sword that is Vampric Long Sword of Dwarfslaying, and a pommel of fortitude, so if i add the pommel, it should change it to Vampric Long Sword of Fortitude, and get rid of the useless dwarfslaying mod for the fortitude one right?

yes, applying a new pommel will make the change you want.
