I noticed this last night. Mhenlo looks more human (though I still kind of miss his black, doll-like eyes). Cynn's eyes used to be jumbled up pixels, making it look like she had tears in her eyes. Eve's figure now matches her look on the GW box. Before, her ingame face was a tad...chubby. IMO, Aidan's seems to have become a bit more three-dimensional. Poor Devona's eyes are still red and flat.

Actually, they look more like their concept art now. I like it. It was weird to see them before when they didn't match.
