I think this is a new Shield..

If you cant see the pic, its a Max Gold Ornate Buckler req 10 Tactics and the bonus is dmg -5 (15%) Which is dam good. Can someone tell me if this is new or not.

Doesn't seem very new...However, the chances of getting nice stats like that is VERY rare

It is new, part of the recent updates. They also made a +30 health, -5 20% shield for PvP. So think of getting a +45(anything), -5 damage 20% shield that had req 10 or less. Amazing. . .

Actually, max for while hexed is now +60.

Its not awesome, its 20% which is the equivalent of -1 stance/enchanted and theres chances it might work less or more than the % but over all it really isnt worth it, there nothing great

i have a +56 while hexed shadow shield, not bad, too bad it's req11

has crappy -1/-2 (2-10% chance) ones been removed from the game?

Now -2/-2 is not the best shield anymore.

And of course I have the obligatory crimson carapace shield as well (for function > fashion)

It's a -1 constant over the course of a battle. I'd prefer the conditional to that to be honest.

and yes I think I'd prefer

-2(stance) -5(20%)

-2 damage (In stance) and -5 damage (20%) on the same shield would be godly.

I need to get one of those +60 while hexed shield for running southern shiverpeaks. They may have nerfed Lietenants helm and holy viel, but at least they added this to help ease the pain.

By saying +45(anything) I was referring to the good style ones, such as Enchanted and Stance, while Hexed is terrible.
