Nonononono, you got it wrong.

There's no best UW solo build, all you have to do is try them all and use the one that suits your playstyle : )

If you like maximal safety, Mo/Me and Mo/W is good. For maximum speed, Mo/N is good, but risky. If you like challenge, experiment with Mo/R & Mo/E.
