Also, look at some of the ashes skills, they're well worth losing the upgrade from your staff (+20 energy, +15 armor anyone?) Also....my henches listen to me O.o You have to actually call targets now though, which is a little more work, but cest la vie.
PS: What do you mean the -3 is a bad condition? I mean...it makes the heal basically free (3+1.3 natural regen for cast+about a .9 regen during the aftercast (assuming a .75 second aftercast...is that too much?) makes the regen while casting this equal to 5.275, more than it's inital cost.
Basically, if you're not using energy, it won't dent your lowered max energy. And the short-enough recharge makes a 20/20 mod a little useless.
I said the conditon for getting the -e is bad, not the e itself.
And I said calling the targets...Its just the henchie Ai is pretty weak and they dont "like" attacking your target if you arent on the target, meaning the second you do anything else, like move around alittle, they take it as a sign to stop attacking and regroup around you...
I posted in another thread about the lowered energy/vs/cost for this skill's condition. Its lowered cost is really only making up for the lowered e from no weapon or offhand, and thats with only this one skill, other skills dont have the same luxory when you have items on. Mighty is the only item you can hold effectively and get a positive gain from the conditional effect.
But this entire discussion is for not.
Ritualists aren't straight healers, and anyone that uses them as such will find it isn't very effective compared to monks. monks have shorter recharges, better coverage of conditons and effects, and Divine Favor bonus. Ritualist Restorers are better suited in a support role, using the various weapon spells, spirits, prot spirits, and stuff like that. They shine alot more in that role. I think they should really only carry 2-3 "straight heals" at most. Spirit Light (biggest heal, even though it should be its cast time buffed), Mend Body and Soul, and this when they go for the third. They'll take either Attuned was Songkai, or if their rit lording or soul twisting, they'll take Mighty, and this spell is effective in any of thw two situations.
