Seeping Wound "For 5...17 seconds, if target foe is suffering from Bleeding or Poison, that foe suffers Health degeneration of -1...3. " At lvl14 it maxes at 4 degen. still..lame. There are non elite hexes that cuase the same degen with no prerequiste.
