Lol I've been wondering why it took so long to get such a common skill up. This skill is one of the most energy efficient heals, now that doesn't mean its the best, but when you're not under heavy interupts or anything, this skill owns.
There's also the problem that it lasts just as long as its recharge. This results in downtime. In this case, even if you spam it, it's barely on more than it's off.
